Family Autism Care Team (FACT) is in need of a passionate BT/RBT to provide top-notch IN-HOME ABA Therapy services to one or more of our clients in the San Diego, CA area.

We currently have PART TIME (preferable availability Monday - Friday: 3pm-9pm) hours. If you are currently working with another agency but are still open to new opportunities, in most cases, I can make it worth your while and beat your current compensation!

Location of in-home services include:

Chula Vista (office location), Escondido, Oceanside, Vista, La Mesa, Encinitas, Poway, El Cajon, Spring Valley, Carlsbad, Julian, National City, Santee, Alpine, San Ysidro, etc...

Job Duties:

• Receive clinical supervision from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Collect data on treatment outcomes and efficacies
• Educate parents through psychoeducation about their child's disorder
• Deliver 1:1 client care in the home and community
• Attend weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate collaborative team approach to treatment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• working with children with autism: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RBT Certification (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
