We are currently hiring Behavior Analysis Interventionists to provide in-home therapy to children with Autism. We currently have part-time positions available for multiple clients located in TIGARD, OREGON CITY, and LAKE OSWEGO.
The starting pay is $17.50/hour, but increases with education and experience. Please keep in mind that this will begin as a PART-TIME position, however we may lend more hours after your 90-day probation period.
Associates degree: $18.50
Bachelor's degree: $19.50

We provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services following the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to children with autism spectrum disorders and their families. The ESDM is a comprehensive early intervention program that integrates behavioral, relationship-based, and developmental approaches into an intensive, evidence-based intervention program. Our association of professionals includes two psychologists, a lead behaviorist, and several interventionists who provide individual and collaborative therapy services in clinic, home, and community settings.

Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Prior working experience with children with special needs
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience and flexibility
- Behavior management skills
- Strong initiative and independent work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Understand autism and how to recognize skills and deficits associated with the diagnosis
- Learn applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles following the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Implement treatment plans in natural environments (e.g. home, daycare, community) across multiple targets: joint attention, engagement, expressive and receptive communication, imitation, fine and gross motor development, independent and peer play, social skills, behavior, and cognition
- Track progress each session on goal sheets created for each client
- Work independently to prepare materials, activities, and community outings based on each client’s individual goals and treatment plans
Process of hiring and training:
- 15-minute phone interview
- In-person interview at our office in Tualatin
- Observation of client-parent-interventionist weekly meeting at our office
- Evaluation of play skills with current Play2Grow client at our office
- Offer to join Play2Grow team
- Complete the Behavior Analysis Interventionist Registration, which includes 40 hours of online professional training in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Participate in a weekly supervised session at the office in Tualatin with each family in collaboration with the clinical psychologist
