Franklin Tap is looking for a full time Bartender . We are a fun and busy lunch and happy hour restaurant/tavern located in the heart of the Loop. If you like the livelt bar scene, but not late nights, we might be the place for you!

Successful candidates will possess prior bartending & serving, have an excellent sense of hospitality and a high level of food & liquor knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

-Have week day & evening availability with flexible rotating weekend availability - shifts will rotate with other bartenders. Expect 3/4 shifts & ~30hours per week.

-Must possess a positive attitude and great communication skills; confident and trustworthy

-Must be able to work well autonomously

-Be comfortable as a leader among the staff

-Must be able to work well in a busy, high stress environment

-At least 1 year of experience in a high volume, casual, full service restaurant setting

-Knowledge & familiarity of craft beers is a plus

-Be at least 21 years of age

-Have or be willing to attain ServSafe Food Handler & Basset Liquor certifications
