Welcome to Verde Canyon Railroad, where we are looking for a motivated and reliable bartender to join our team! As a part-time bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assessing customer needs and preferences, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.

Pay: $14.5 per hour plus paid tips daily

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screenings
