The Chelsea is looking for a passionate and skilled bartender to join our team in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. As the face of our bar, you'll be responsible for crafting a wide range of drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a fun and lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks to guests in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Managing cash and credit card transactions, making change accurately and securely
• Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
• Staying up-to-date on current drink trends and providing recommendations to guests
• Checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting
• Upscale/fine dining experience a plus
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wine, and beer
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures
