La Belle French Bakery is a retail and wholesale bakery.

Our newly open Glenwood Village location is currently hiring one full time and one part time position.

All pastries made from scratch with French recipe from Chef Julien. High quality shop with huge growth potential for this location.

Salary

• $15.00/hr + tips (average $20 to $35 per hour including tips)
• We will show you the high tips data we have

Available Shifts

Morning and day shift available. Weekend availability is a must. Availability between 5:30am and 6pm.

Qualifications/Preferred Skills

• Food service: 1 year (preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Shifts: may include early mornings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships
• Desire to learn about the products and confidence to sell them to our customers

Full Job Description

• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Front of House:
• Customer service and satisfaction
• Handle customer complains, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Point of Sale
• Cash management
• Serving food and drink
• Keep dining room clean and organized
• Bussing tables
• Complete opening/closing duties
• Cleaning
• Organizational
• Supply inventory
• Barista:
• Prepare coffee to customers specifications, with consistency
• Prepare large batch drip coffee
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista area
• Organization/Cleaning of in store cups, plates, mugs, etc.
• Re-stocking
• All coffee station essentials
• Maintenance/Cleaning of Espresso machine daily
