Position: Barista and Cashier

Job Description:

We are excited to expand our team at Pasha Castle Sweets & Tea and are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Baristas and Cashiers to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation and Service:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including tea and specialty drinks, with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure that all beverages are crafted according to our company's high standards, maintaining consistency and quality.

2. Customer Service Excellence:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering guidance and suggestions as needed.
• Package sweets thoughtfully and present them to customers with care.
• Ensure all customer requests and preferences are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.

3. Operations and Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare workstations before each shift, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
• Adhere to food safety protocols while handling and preparing food and beverages.

4. Exceptional Customer Engagement:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized customer service at all times, fostering a positive and enjoyable experience for each customer.
• Engage with customers, answering their questions, providing recommendations, and sharing knowledge about our Mediterranean sweets and tea offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. We provide on-the-job training for candidates who are passionate and eager to learn.
