Copper Cup in Lancaster is looking for baristas to join the TEAM. We are located on 922 Columbia Avenue. Our vision is to not only serve high quality product in a fast and convenient setting, but to also cultivate meaningful experiences and positively impact everyone around us! Our ideal candidate is Caring, Creative, and Excellent. Someone who has a strong attention to detail and is willing to work with a TEAM.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
One year previous barista experience and every other Saturday availability is a must! We look forward to connecting with you.
