Job description

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to drive sales, grow the business, and provide an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee scheduling
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons, as needed
  • Interact with customers to enhance Fowling experience
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Bar/liquor ordering - customize beer menu
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

  • Resume and proven working experience as a bar manager
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate - TIPS certified required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year
