Position Summary:

Provide service to Bank customers by conducting transactions, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. In addition, through customer interactions, identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services with referrals to the Branch Platform.

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service/ cash handling experience
• Windows proficiency

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to cross sell Bank products/services
• Provide high quality service to every customer

• Resolve customer inquiries i.e. interest rates, service charges, etc.
• Protect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality
• Process transactions daily i.e. deposits/withdrawals
• Determine proper funds availability
• Count and bag loose coins
• Redeem/issue U.S. Savings Bonds and cashier’s checks
• Service safe deposit box customer
• Buy/sell currency from the vault as necessary

• Balance teller drawer daily and perform end of day balancing
• Complete logs (CTR), (SARF), and (MIL)
• Balance ATM and load cash for ATM
• Regular and predictable attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
