Job description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to manage our bakery. The ideal candidate will have experience in the baking industry and a good eye for design. The manager is responsible for overseeing all bakers, creating in-store displays and managing the business processes in our bakery. This is an entry-level position that involves working 40 hours/week and assisting with any problems that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure health and safety of co-workers and guests.
• Conform to standard health and safety protocols.
• Calculate ingredient measurements and necessary supplies required for recipes.
• Manage employees' time in order to ensure timely production of baked goods.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and staff.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide hospitality to customers.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Move at a quick pace and multitask.
• Good communication skills.
• Be able to recieve and fill orders.
• Baking experience preferred but willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
