Job description

Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Retrieves, prepares, and packages bakery goods to put out on display. Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the sales floor and processing areas are clean, sanitary, fresh, and full. Reports to and has opportunities of advancement to Bakery Crew Chief.

The duties for this position are normally conducted in a store environment. Exposure to approximately 28 degrees Fahrenheit while handling products in cooler, -20 degrees Fahrenheit while handling products in the freezer, and 400 degrees Fahrenheit while placing products in or removing from the ovens. There is significant responsibility to maintain customer service levels and handle multiple priorities. Has exposure to cleaning chemicals/solvents.
