Baker at Zionsville Bake Shop

We are looking for an exper ienced Baker to jo in our team!

The ideal candidate will be well versed in commercial baking and/or have some culinary skill set .

Responsibilities of a Zionsville Bake Shop Baker :

• Maintain workspace and kitchen equipment
• Prepare work stat ion for baking
• Check quality of ingredients for brand standards
• Prepare batter for, and bake , various pastries , cakes , cookies , pies , and other desserts and menu items
• Decorate baked goods

Requirements :

• At least 1 year of baking experience
• Have a basic understanding of professional cooking and food handling
• Have ability to work calmly under pressure
• Have ability to multitask
• Showcase team work and excellent communication skills
• Showcase excellent organizational skills
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Have ability to life pots , pans, and other cooking implements, and up to 40 lbs of weight
