Looking for a good Business Analyst that is higher on the business side with deep understanding of data. One of our financial/Banking client is looking for a dedicated resource to support their business needs:

Attention to Detail is the crucial as this requirement is heavy on data security.

Must be Business savvy and ask a lot of questions and able to find issues in data.

Be able to work with data in Excel with Macros and file integration.

Knowledge of table and joins as to blend multiple files into one.

Data security and PII is key as they will be sending out reports and cannot send sensitive information to wrong parties.

Banking knowledge is also a great plus.

Self-starter works under minimal supervision, good communication skills, takes ownership of the project.

Regularly follows up with the internal clients to complete tasks/client satisfaction

Experience- 3-6 years of experience in functional, operational, technical requirements of the assigned project, general financial industry knowledge

Knowledge of Business Analysis tools- (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Software Engineering Methodology (SEM) process, Change Management, Project Management tools (MS Project), basic database query language usage, time tracking tools, Use Case / UML, advanced quality assurance (QA) tool usage for test case development, execution, and defect tracking/issue tracking software, Process maps, Flowcharts)

Strong experience with Excel- complex formulas, Power BI, macros

Strong earlier experience working with Cash Management, Marketing, Sales, and/or Technology

Strong earlier Client Migration experience is very desirable.
