Mercedes-Benz Wilmington is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of professionals for our Service Department.

Earning potential of up to $100k

The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

CDK experience preferred. A valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR (include but are not limited to):

· Generate service repair orders

· Motivate Service Technicians

· Closeout customer invoices

· Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills

· Verifiable Customer Satisfaction Index track record

· Make recommendations based on time and mileage

· Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance

· Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
