Job description

Large auto group is currently hiring an experienced Service Manager to grow and expand our Service Department. A successful candidate must possess excellent managerial skills, have a verifiable work history and a strong desire to drive dealership profitability and exceptional customer service. Prior Service Manager experience is required, with verifiable work history.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and enforce processes within the service department to ensure work is performed timely and accurately

· Focus on creating excellent customer service to develop repeat, loyal customers

· Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt, sincere manner

· Train, motivate, review and manage service staff for high-level performance

· Achieve profit goals by meeting sales targets, hours, capacity goals, etc

· Attend and complete any training necessary

· Maintain compliance with quality standards

· Ensuring the service area is retail-ready with proper displays and maintenance products

· Analyze service reports to determine deficits and develop action plans to improve performance

Job Requirements:

· Service knowledge and experience required

· Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (MVR will be reviewed)

· Management skills to motivate and develop staff

· Highly organized and able to multitask

· Strong desire to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
