Automotive Service Writer

Company Profile A&S Auto Service has been in business since 1995

Automotive Service Manager/Advisor Job Responsibilities:

• Should have several years of management experience at Automotive Industry
• Initiates automotive services and repairs by identifying performance problems and services requested.
• Developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.
• Identify automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
• Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
• Must have great Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to manage a team of Auto Techs of all skill levels
• Must be able to mentor and grow team
• Must have great phone skills and the ability to close sales
• Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task!
• Should be able to master all aspects of running and growing a automotive repair facility
• Should be able to sell and communicate on a wide array of automotive repair & service items
• Compensation 45K to 90K+

Work Hours:

Mon - Fri: 8AM - 6PM

Sat: 8AM – 3PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
