Position: Automotive Mechanic Helper (Transportation) (12 Month - Full Time)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Day: 8 hours

Starting Salary: $44,133 (prorated based on hire date)

Benefits include NYSLRS Retirement System membership, paid sick and personal days, health insurance/health insurance buyout (after 90 days), vision & dental insurance.

Minimum Qualification:
One year of paid full-time work experience in the repair and maintenance of automotive vehicles, construction equipment or heavy equipment
or
Successful completion of 30 college credits in automotive mechanics and repair

Requirement: Valid driver license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State. Will be required to attain a CDL B with S & P Endorsements.
