The Booker/ Warranty Clerk is responsible for verifying and flagging the Service Technicians on jobs they perform and will invoice the work properly on service repair orders. Works directly with the Warranty Administrator to ensure accurate and fair labor times.

Pay Scale Information
The pay rate for this position is $20/Hr. - $25/Hr.
Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent computer/data entry skills
Responsibilities
- Book technician work time based on manufacturer published time guide.
- Process customer pay and warranty claims.
- Verify criteria required by factory.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Assign technicians to service jobs.
- Assist accounting with coding of invoices for service department, payroll and other requests.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and courtesy.
