Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus for experienced candidates. Sands Chevrolet has been owned by the same family and serving the greater Phoenix Metro area since 1934. We are excited to announce a new employment opportunity for an auto body estimator. This opportunity is for an experienced estimator to handle our three new insurance carrier direct repair contracts. This role is critical to maintaining these newly acquired contracts through above average repair planning and customer communication. Our locations have a total of 56 bays with 24 body technicians and 5 painters.
- Detailed repair planning using CCC
- Reporting daily repair progress in staff production meeting
- Communicating repair progress to customers
- Follow up on complete and accurate payment from insurance companies
- Dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable estimator experience
