Event Planning & Execution

· Manage and operate live sound equipment and live web streaming, broadcasting, recording, and postproduction editing

1. Manage and operate live sound equipment, recording for productions that take place off-site.

2. Broadcast and Edit Director’s Weekly Meetings.

3. Video editing and slide presentations

· Detailed experience in Wi-Fi connections, PC troubleshooting, Event Management Systems with the ability to operate and troubleshoot projectors, video switching equipment, audio equipment & video conferencing systems.

· Oversee all daily meeting technical needs for over two dozen conference rooms and event spaces to ensure support is provided as needed

· Ensure a high-quality production, including ensuring all AV cues are reflected in line-by-line and effective implementation of all components of a program, including but not limited to videos, slides, presentations; still, slides, fade in/out

Oversee and perform the installation, adjustment, and operation of high-tech levels audiovisual equipment such as cameras, lights, video conference systems, audio, press needs, and microphones for events

· Ensure all visual components for programs are properly prepped and viewed in advance

Schedule Management and Operations Documentation

· Consistent coordination and follow up with more significant Events & Programming and Communications Department with regards to the details and needs for all scheduled meeting and program requests

· Review deliverables and regularly meet with the internal partners to ensure compliance with their requirements and expectations

· Create formal documentation and workflow to increase service level, train/inform, manage additional AV support staff and implement standard

1. Created training documentation for each Video Conference room.

2. Move furniture and set up for large stage events.

3. Reviewed and operated run-throughs for high level events.

4. Requested training software for additional technicians.

Equipment Maintenance

· Maintain and operate various broadcasting equipment such as encoders, transcoders, video, and editing equipment (video mixer, digital/analog audio desks, etc.)

· Perform routine maintenance and cable management, ensuring A/V equipment is clean, organized & in working condition

· Adjust and clean equipment to ensure it is set to manufacturers recommendations to obtain optimum performance

1. Work closely with the IT Department on back-end integration and maintenance.

· Report system problems immediately, including solutions and/or recommendations

1. Work with the install and service teams to ensure everything is working properly and at optimum performance.

· Ensure all equipment is shut down and, in cases where portables are involved, secured for the next business day

New Technology Implementation Advisor

· Evaluate equipment specifications and requests to make recommendations to the Director of Events & Programming for the purchase of new equipment for the new and existing conference and event spaces

. Review and explain blueprints for new builds in various spaces.

· Stay abreast of industry improvements, and suggest new equipment, technology, or processes to improve event execution.
