We are currently seeking a Procurement Attorney to help service our client.

Responsibilities & Experience:

• Experienced in analyzing and advising agency staff on federal, state, and local statutes, rules, and regulations about contracts and procurement.

• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements supporting the company’s procurement organization, including vendor agreements, purchase agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements,

• Perform other tasks as assigned by more senior attorneys within the Procurement legal team

Requirements:

• At least three to five years of experience in advising and supporting the Procurement Services Division staff, and other agency procurement staff in all aspects of contract preparation and the procurement process

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Excellent time management and organization skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Maintain the professional business image and demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, demeanor, and emotional intelligence

• Juris Doctorate is required
