Job description

An established Main Line law firm with an interesting collection of prominent cases and clients is seeking an attorney to join our quickly growing team. A majority of our caseload is civil litigation, however, we also handle real estate, corporate, transactional, IP, employment and trusts and estates. We're looking for someone ready to join a team of professionals who enjoy what they do and working together.

The ideal candidate will possess a team mentality, appreciate the entrepreneurial opportunities at the firm and contribute to the firm’s strong morale. While a book of business is appreciated, it is not necessary.

Candidates should have at least five (5) years of experience in the area of litigation and transactional law. Candidates must be able to manage a diverse and demanding caseload with minimal supervision, while ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates should have high academic standards and experience in drafting documents regarding closely held company structures (partnerships, corporations, LP, LLC), corporate governance issues, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions documents and shareholder agreements. Understanding of estate planning is a plus.

Salary is commensurate with experience and the firm offers paid time off, health care and a 401k plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
