We are looking for a transactional Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast growing company and grow with our Firm.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of paralegals and attorneys in preparing real estate transactions for closing
• Conduct real estate closings
• Problem solve unique real estate issues from other attorney clients
• Advise clients on legal matters
• Prepare legal documents
• Research legal issues
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Develop strategies to assist staff and customers resolve issues
