Job description

The AT&T Vendor Representative will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships customers on behalf of AT&T. This includes meeting performance goals, managing the vendor onboarding process, providing training and support, and maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing AT&T customers to ensure performance goals are met.
• Being knowledgeable about AT&T products and services.
• Provide ongoing training and support to Associates to help them improve their performance and meet contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns related to performance.
• Conduct regular reviews to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for changes.
• Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement performance metrics and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in AT&T products and services.
• Use a POS system for any sales transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in vendor management, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AT&T products and services is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
