The Associate Psychiatry Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Deputy Chief Clinical Officer of Psychiatry Services and coordination of the medical staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support for Deputy Chief Clinical Officer of Psychiatry Services
• Provide support for Medical Staff meetings, and related general clerical duties
• Assist with necessary processes related to medical staff for CMS and CARF
• Serve as the point of contact for the psychiatry team as it relates to the EMR
• Compile and distribute productivity and prescribing practice reports
• Work in conjunction with the Human Resources Department to ensure all paperwork processes are completed for trainees within the psychiatry department.
• Tracking and notification for physician absences, meetings, or schedule changes
• Learn computer applications essential to job responsibilities
• Although driving is not an essential function of the position, a valid license and agency established minimum automobile coverage are required in the event the employee drives during employment.
• Monitor and process client discharges
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  
  Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and minimum of two (2) years' experience in medical setting
  
  Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM
