Job Title: Associate, Procurement – Material Proposal Pricer

Job Description:

• Developing CML’s (Consolidated Material Lists) in accordance with proposal Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Importing and/or developing structures to reflect proposal material requirements
• Working with Material Management and proposal teams to develop priced CML’s
• Top level knowledge of commodities and supplier interactions
• Submitting RFQ’s to suppliers to develop CML pricing
• Utilize MRP pricing records through the pricing tool
• Analyzing priced data to ensure integrity and cost objectives are in alignment with proposal objectives
• Ensuring compliance to audit requirements
• Formatting and submitting pricing packages to proposal teams
• Supporting audits
• Attend meetings & conference calls with programs and contract to manage proposals issues

Essential Functions:

• Experience in analyzing quotes
• Experience and understanding Bill of Materials
• Proficient in excel
• Understanding general governing documents, FAR, TINA requirements
• Gather, analyze and effectively present and communicate information
• Work independently, prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-motivated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 0 to 2 years of related experiences or 2 years post- Secondary/Associates Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or 10+ years related work experience.
• Clearance if required - NA

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Excellent communication and follow up skills are essential
• Knowledge of systems and functional processes such as procurement, small business, FAR.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $58,000 - $77,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
