The Catalyst Team is seeking an Associate, Operations Port Campaign Administrator to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Responsibilities
- Creating a series of quality reports to provide an analysis of quality concerns and data trends from all US ports. This position is a work at home position within the Fountain Valley, California area.
- Validate the port auditing procedure for its effectiveness
- Communicate to all parties the information necessary to complete the auditing process
- Communicate with all the ports regarding quality concerns
- Coordinate the shipment of defective parts for further analysis
- Create daily and weekly quality reports
- Create daily and weekly New Model quality reports
- Create daily and weekly double inspection quality reports
- Create a log monitoring all quality issues from US ports & effective counter measures
- Create monthly port quality report
- Create monthly Pre Delivery Inspection Status quality reports
- Create a Top Quality issue report through the analysis of quality concerns and data trends from all US ports.
- Conduct rail ramp / Dealer audit
Qualifications
- Three+ years experience in Automotive Quality Control / Quality Assurance
- Extensive automotive technical knowledge.
- Proprietary hardware / software knowledge.
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Photographic skills
- Vehicle evaluation in both static and dynamic conditions
- High Degree of cross functional cooperation/coordination
- Ability to lead through influence vs direct authority
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats
- Must be a high school graduate
