WHAT YOU'LL DO
This position will have the opportunity to work on national and local clients placing, trafficking, and reporting on digital media including, but not limited to, social, paid search, video, native and display media. As a part of our Media Team, you will work with our Digital Supervisors and Digital Media Planner/Buyers to create best practices and be an industry expert for our clients. This position will also collaborate with other advertising disciplines including account management, creative, interactive, PR, and others.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a part of our Media Team, you will work with our Digital Supervisors and Digital Media Planner/Buyers to create best practices and be an industry expert for our clients. This position will also collaborate with other advertising disciplines including account management, creative, interactive, PR, and others.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES
- Assist with media planning and strategy build out for respective clients.
- Full funnel campaign setup, managing, trafficking, and optimizing programmatic performance media campaigns via DSPs (DoubleClick Bid Manager, Media Math, Trade Desk or comparable), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn), Content Discovery platforms, Google Ads (AdWords, YouTube), and others such as Waze, Pandora, etc.
- Consistent and proven performance with campaign buildouts and optimizations, targeting & audience segmentation strategies, campaign ramp-up and expansion, budget growth, and conversion optimization, focused on ROI.
- Maintain digital advertising and paid media training and/or certifications (ex. Google Ads certifications, Facebook Ads certification, Google Analytics certification).
- Provide robust campaign reports and assist with campaign report presentations to clients with optimizations recommendations.
- Support other team members with workload.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
- Strong analytical capability in data analysis with fundamental knowledge/experience with web and advertising platform analytics, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Reporting. Data visualization with Google Data Studio is a plus.
- 1-2 years of Digital Media Buying/Planning experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Google Suite of business products
- Excellent organizational/written/oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with Advantage billing system a plus
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
