Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Vice President, Investor Reporting, the Associate, Investor Reporting is responsible for all aspects of investor servicing and reporting for our client.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the client communications inbox and provide responses to investors within a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage deliverables deadlines for all investor/consultant requests
- Coordinate and complete ad hoc and recurring investor/consultant requests
- Aggregate large quantities of data and upload to the investor portal on quarterly basis
- Maintain the highest standards of investor reporting and client service
- Manage the investor portal, including client access, document upload, document organization
- Coordinate capital call and distribution notices
- Update consultant databases on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate the distribution of the quarterly reports and capital statements
- Coordinate the preparation of the internal quarterly reporting packages
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge/Experience
- 2-5 years of real estate experience
- Technical ability to efficiently aggregate large quantities of data in Excel
- Familiarity with reading and understanding financial statements/reports with the ability to extract relevant data for investor/consultant requests
- Knowledge of investment concepts and metrics as they relate to multifamily real estate
- Understanding of investment management, investor reporting and servicing
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with investors, consultants and multiple teams within Berkshire
- Ability to multi task and balance multiple deadlines
- Highly organized and responsive
Technical/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree required
- Expert in Excel
- Proficient/Expert in PowerPoint
