ROLE SUMMARY:
C-Sweet, The Hershey Company’s in-house creative agency, seeks an Associate Creative - Art. This role will balance concept development, design, and production work on multiple projects from inception to launch- across our entire portfolio of iconic candy and snack brands. Content creation will span television, social, digital, print, owned, earned media, and beyond. Masterful visual storytellers with sharp strategic mindsets wanted!
- Understanding and implementing powerful advertising: Concepting, developing, and producing effective design, branding, and storytelling
- Contributing new ideas and creative design solutions appropriate for diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends
- Creating, editing, and adapting static and dynamic content
- Leading diverse range of creative projects at once
- Partnering with internal/external partners and stakeholders to build most effective vision of creative idea
- Providing and incorporating constructive criticism. Being a receptive and candid collaborator
- A portfolio of awesome work
- 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration, and composition
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to generate engaging original ideas and visual concepts
- A passion for advertising and commercial art
- Experience generating video assets for social media preferred
- Experience with 2D animation. 3D animation and/or HTML a bonus
- Bachelor's degree
