JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for crucial Labs Program management and operations functions, including stakeholder relationship management, cross-function SOPs, labs program development and governance, staff training, program coverage, and growth.

- Serves as the primary point of contact for Google REWS and PA staff for Cloud, P&E, DSPA, or other critical environment spaces.
- Partners with the Lab Manager of Governance, Google stakeholders, and Project Management Leads, to support training, governance, and SOP compliance.
- Responsible for all Program elements across specific spaces to ensure high-quality project delivery and client service.
- Makes recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings, and innovative service advancements for all functional areas within the service line
- Identifies gaps in processes within the program and recommends improvements
- Performs other related duties as required or requested. Education/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience Preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 7-10 years of related work experience in design, construction, engineering
- 5-7 years of Client Management experience
- Specialized knowledge/skills:
- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and refine processes, formulate conclusions and recommendations
- Experienced in managing programs of varied scope and complexity
- Proficient in Google Suite software applications
- Excellent client service and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Assumes ownership of requests to ensure successful completion
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL WORK CONDITIONS:
- Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
- May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner.
- Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.
- Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
- Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand.
- Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $185,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
