Overview

We are looking for an energetic, strategic, and personable individual to help us grow our existing markets, launch new products in new segments, and develop and grow new markets. This position has a few facets: identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating effective marketing strategies and programs, winning sales with key tier-1 customers. This individual will be a key member of a small marketing team and make a significant contribution.

Description

• Develop compelling marketing messaging.
• Participate with the engineering team to define innovative, attractive, and functional products.
• Drive new product development and innovation, in harmony with customer requirements, desires, and feedback.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive significant growth.
• Secure wins at key customers.
• Develop a winning online presence
• Create persuasive messaging and packaging
• Coordinate with the team on pricing strategies and promotions.
• Organize company’s trade show presence and attend trade shows, as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent Academic Record
