- Occasional travel required for conferences and trainings for Slate and Enrollment systems.
ANNUAL SALARY: Molloy utilizes a salary calculation tool that is designed to treat all University employees fairly and maintain internal equity with-in our compensation structure. Salary for individual incumbents is determined by skills and knowledge, position relevant experience, and equity within the University.

GENERAL PURPOSE
This position serves as the Slate Captain at Molloy University, maintaining and updating the admissions system to ensure that it is used to its potential. This role also supports data integrations between Slate and various systems on campus, including but not limited to Jenzabar, PowerFaids, and others. This position will liaise with IT and also work with all enrollment systems, providing support to offices running essential software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Slate Captain: This position serves as the point person for Slate. They assist the office of admissions in enhancing the Slate system, building new forms/apps/events and archiving out of date ones, manage cycle prep, creation and management of portals, writing and managing queries for office functions (i.e., mailings), crafting communications plans, automation rules, data integrity and clean up, and other needs within Slate.
- Integrations: This position will plan, develop and manage all integrations between Slate and other software and/or organizations. Internal integrations will be managed by partnering with IT and ensuring data is flowing between Slate and Molloy's SIS, financial aid and other systems. External integrations require setting up and managing source formats, mapping data to and from Slate, working with external entities and monitoring data to ensure it is flowing properly.
- Training: This position is responsible for training the admissions team on Slate utilizing both in-person and virtual formats. Training will be used to reinforce best practices, introduce new and updated features, and improve the capability and Slate acumen of the entire admissions team.
- Reporting: Assist in the creation, updating, and sharing of reports and queries for campus stakeholders. These include standard Point in Time and Funnel reports, as well as ad hoc reports/queries that may be requested.
- Other Enrollment Systems: Partnering with IT and the entire enrollment management division, provide support for the various software systems in use. This includes, but is not limited to, Jenzabar, PowerFAIDS, Constituo and others.
- Communications: Assist in the management and development of admissions communications within Slate, including Slate Print.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-8 years of work-related experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Databases
- Slate

- Web Development (Maintain Slate Sub-Portals & Instance)
