Seward Henderson PLLC is a boutique civil defense firm looking for a detail-oriented litigation attorney. Practice areas currently include civil rights, personal injury, and municipal defense. We handle cases at all court levels, with a primary presence in federal court. Strong research and writing skills are necessary to thrive in this position. The ideal candidate will be highly interested in research, writing, and civil rights defense (i.e., law enforcement).
Attorney in this role will have direct client contact, make court appearances, will conduct discovery, including depositions, and prepare motions/briefs. This person will not only be exposed to the highest Courts, but some of the most high-profile cases in the area as well.
