Associate Counsel (Residential/Commercial Real Estate; Litigation; Land Use; Landlord Tenant)

Central Jersey law firm has immediate opening for a Full-time Associate Attorney for our Real Estate Team. No real estate experience necessary.

Education - Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. License/Certification - New Jersey State bar (Required)

Candidate must be hardworking, resourceful, ambitious and able to work in a collaborative atmosphere. Excellent writing and oral communication skills are a must, along with strong client service values. Salary is commensurate with experience. Interested candidates submit a cover letter and resume.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with residential and commercial clients - preparing correspondence, memoranda, and oversee the real estate documents prepared by an assistant.
• Real Estate Litigation
• Municipal Land Use (representation before planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment);
• Commercial and Residential Landlord/Tenant (lease formation and litigation)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
