Our Associate Campaign Manager will own communications for On The Borders loyalty program and support core digital marketing initiatives in partnership with the Head of Loyalty and agency of record.

Key Performance Elements/ Essential Functions

• 
  Lead the day-to-day execution of the email marketing program and collaborate on larger email strategies.
• Responsible for supporting the CRM roadmap and attaining program KPIs which include sustained database growth, email & SMS performance management, technology advancements in partnership with IT, and proven incremental revenue growth among loyal and new guests
• Assist the Head of Loyalty in attaining marketing team goals (optimal media mix, reach/frequency, ROI-based conversion tracking, email open rates and deliverability etc.)
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop digital media promotions, providing strategic direction and reporting on database messages and/or digital media performance
• Coordinate deliverables and project prioritization with external partners to ensure the CRM program and digital media campaigns are operating effectively and efficiently and driving the growth of business

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Must be able to manage all aspects of communications (email/SMS/push) from creative ideation to campaign build to deployment to post-campaign reporting
• Ability to update and test WordPress website pages
• Some experience with running multichannel marketing campaigns in the digital space
• Demonstrated project management and planning skills
• Solid business and financial acumen, including analytical and measurement/tracking skills; able to conduct analyses and present findings in a concise and accurate manner; draw meaningful conclusions and establish action plans
• Ability to solve problems and make changes to accommodate a rapidly changing marketplace
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Preferred Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience with email campaign management/deployment and/or digital marketing
• Experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry a plus
• Hands-on ESP / CRM platform experience required (currently Paytronix for loyalty, email, SMS, and push)
• Experience with digital media and analysis preferred
• Working understanding of databases preferred
