Part-Time Delaware or New Jersey Associate with 1-3 years experience wanted for growing personal injury and consumer law practice seeking to grow in New Jersey and Delaware. Must be able to be in Delaware 1-2 days per week.

We need a flexible and outgoing Associate Attorney who will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can resolve conflicts and manage client relationships. Strong experience/interest in litigation required. Motion writing and motion practice required. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in communicating clearly and effectively both verbally and in written form, as well as in preparing and presenting legal arguments.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, research, and submit a variety of legal documents.
• Draft and review the content of various legal documents, including contracts and, loan agreements, and other official documents.
• Advise clients on their legal options.
• Conduct research on legal matters.
• Meet with clients to discuss the details of their legal cases.
• Communicate with other attorneys and relevant parties in order to advance the client's case.
• Write and submit legal briefs.
• Write and submit motions for court approval.
• Meet with and assist clients in person at various court hearings.
