We are looking for a minimum of 7 years' experience.This attorney will work on sophisticated corporate transactions including reorganizations, restructures, financing, acquisitions and corporate governance. Additionally, responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting corporate documents including LLCs, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, entity formations, partnership agreements, promissory notes, and employee stock plans.
