Prominent AV rated Garden City Education law firm seeks Associate Attorney with experience in special education, attendance at CSE meetings, manifestation determinations and due process hearings, appeals to the SRO and Federal and State Courts, as well as knowledgeable about IDEA and Regulations. Excellent people and writing skills. Salary commensurate with experience. Description: A boutique firm that specializes in representing school district clients is seeking an attorney with experience in special education law. This position will report to a dynamic partner and will provide this special education attorney with excellent resources and support. The ideal attorney will have experience in attending CSE meetings, manifestation determinations and due process hearings. The firm will consider attorneys with special education as well as other practice area experience (litigation, facilities, etc.). This firm has a full benefits package, including healthcare, 401K, paid bar dues and CLEs, etc. Local applicants only
