Job Title: Assoc Accounting Rep (Payroll)
Pay Rate: $30 to 33.50/Hr
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Orange County, CA (4 days/week work onsite)

Shift timing: 8 AM PST to 5 PM PST, 1st shift

Our Client is a Global Medical Device Manufacturer.

We are looking for an Assoc Accounting Rep (Payroll). This role will help support the payroll department

The main function of a Payroll Specialist is to analyze financial information and utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system, answer general questions, understand all facets of payroll processing

• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems.

Requirements:

• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar in-level ticket system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and the use of search functions w/ pivot table
• Enterprise-level payroll processing experience
• High School Diploma required
• 0-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma required
• 0-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $33.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Irvine, CA 92606: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
