April Cornell - Assistant to Apparel Design Team (Full Time)

April Cornell is looking for someone to join our apparel design team in an integral support position in a fast-paced environment with changing activities, working closely with the owner/designer and apparel design team. This role will support the apparel design team organizationally by managing each season’s samples and preparation as well as communicating with our overseas offices. This position is responsible for tracking and following samples, changes and quality and fit issues. They also will help with the scheduling of photography shoots. This is not a graphic designer position it is for an assistant that will keep things organized and be flexible to make sure the team has what they need.

· Clear communicator and highly organized

· Ability to multi task with ever changing activities

· Enjoys variety and daily changes and ability to change gears quickly

· Knowledgeable about apparel and/or textiles

· Calm and pleasant personality and enjoys collaboration and supporting others

· Experienced with digital communication and file/image organization - does not need any graphic designer experience

· Spec and fit experience is an asset
