The Store Assistant Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Customer Service, is accountable for the operation of the c-store, gas station, and car wash ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, employee management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.
*Bonus paid after 90 days of employment with no corrective action and completion of training*
