Great Retail Schedule: 5-day work week

A Day in the Life

- Serve as a leader, recruiter, coach, educator, and motivator with a focus on helping our sales team win!
- Steer and manage the sales operation of new and used Harley-Davidson Motorcycles by following Harley revolutionary, proven, sales process that is all about creating a better motorcycle buying experience and a fun, upbeat environment.
- Present deal numbers, negotiate pricing, overcome objections, close the deal.
- Track all customers and make sure all leads are logged and followed up on using the sales CRM platform.
- Participate in daily sales meetings, conduct sales training, and team meetings.
- Continuously train and coach your team on sales techniques and best practices.
- Assist in the Finance office, present financial products to customers.

- 2-3 years of experience in a retail/powersports sales department in a leadership role.

- Organized with good time management, attention to detail, excellent computer ability.
- A passion for the H-D brand and active motorcycle riding experience will be required.
