POSITION: The Assistant Manager role comprises 80% sales and 20% staff management and studio operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and participation in lead generation activities including grassroots marketing, outreach events, networking, and partnership development
- Help recruit, train, and nurture sales team. Supervise sales associates and manage staff schedules
- Create and implement a sales strategy and process for all revenue streams including sales and rebuttal scripts for calls, email, and in person to drive membership sales and retention
- Daily sales training and weekly staff meetings
- High focus on member success and retention activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding personal and studio sales goal
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Strong attention to detail, accurate, dedicated, and trustworthy
- Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude a must for this position. This is your studio!
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
