Assistant Manager:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in running the Restaurant. This leader helps oversee key performance metrics, enhance the overall guest experience, create and implement performance reviews, and develop team members.

_Job duties include but are not limited to:
_
- Aiding the General Manager with any necessary task, including creating schedules, placing food orders, conducting inventory, or sending emails, reports, and procedural checklists.

- Implementing all policies and procedures required by the General Manager, Franchisee(s), and Regional Training Manager.

- Assist in ensuring the Restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal safety, health, employment, and liquor laws.

- Working alongside the Regional Training Manager and General Manager to implement and monitor adequate training procedures.

- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Commitment to work the hours needed to run your restaurant effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes and Serv Safe Certification.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
