Assistant Property Manager position-APPLY TODAY
Join our amazing team at Colony Village Apartments in New Bern, NC! Earn commission/bonuses on renewals and leases. A great position for those that have been stuck in leasing or are ready to grow their careers with us!
PAY: Up to $19 an hour plus an incredible commission structure up to $100/Renewal and $50/Rental!
In addition we offer 80hrs of paid time off in the first year, a 20% rental discount, $30/month Blue Cross health insurance for yourself and a 401k matching component!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
- Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid)
- Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
- Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable (Commissions Paid)
- Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $19.00 an hour
