Beztak is looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the daily operations of the property. The right person will be able to provide exceptional leadership to their team, while also focusing on their own professional development.

Key Functions

• Assist the property manager in the oversight and execution of building operations
• Assists with the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team
• Aids with securing lease agreements as well as the lease renewal process of current residents

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
