- Teach undergraduate psychology courses and advise students in the major
- Support a diverse student population
- Provide service to the major, the division and the larger college community
- Collaborate with program faculty on curriculum, course review and assessment
- Contribute to program recruitment and admission activities
- Engaging in scholarship and professional activities that engage students
- A Ph.D. or PsyD in Psychology or closely related field
- Evidence of successful teaching ability
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of effective and innovative pedagogy
- Scholarship that can engage students in the research process
