Job DescriptionThis is a very specialized position that requires an individual who is dedicated, a leader, is highly motivated, has a positive attitude, is creative in finding solutions and is very organized. The position requires competency in handling the day-to-day operations of an animal shelter, shall report to and provide support to the Operations Manager.
This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the employees and volunteers of the FPAAC and ensuring the animals sheltered at the facility are properly cared for in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the City.
This position will work a variable 40-hour work week, however, due to the nature of the position, availability to accept calls or provide necessary care after hours is required. Application Special Instructions
